Contest Rules For Ticket Giveaways
The promoter is: Momentum Solar whose registered office is at 3096 Hamilton Blvd. #2B South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
The giveaway is open to homeowners and residents of CT, FL, MA, NJ, NV, NY, TX in eligible zip codes aged 18 years or over
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The contest will be held on the following channels: Facebook, Instagram and at select table dates at the event venue staffed by Momentum Solar.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be voided.
Entrants will be eligible for free tickets when they take a free in-home demonstration from Momentum Solar. No purchase is necessary.
Closing date for entry will be 9/15/2023 or until supplies last. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries received after the closing date.
Giveaway rules:
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and terms and conditions without notice for any reason. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Prize rules:
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Ticket values do not exceed $150
Eligible entries will be chosen:
Potential customers who complete an in-home demonstration automatically qualify for free tickets and will receive electronic notification from Momentum Solar about redeeming their tickets.
Game availability will be shared with the potential customer to select from remaining scheduled events.
Eligible recipients will be notified every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until 9/15/2023
All tickets are digital and will be distributed via email.
By participating in this giveaway, an entrant indicates his or her acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By hitting “submit” on giveaway landing pages you authorize Momentum Solar to call and send you text messages on the phone number you submitted above using an automated dialer regarding solar products. This will override any federal or state Do Not Call lists. Consent is not a requirement of purchase. Data and text message rates will apply.
The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of the entrant within the United States.
